Arkadiusz Milik The New Star At Napoli Ready To Rock Serie A

SSC Napoli v AC Milan - Serie A
Napoli lost Gonzalo Higuain this summer to title rivals  Juventus but immediately replaced him with Poland striker Arkadiusz Milik, arriving from Ajax, who has managed to hit the ground in a matter of minutes. He has been deadly so far for Napoli and the fans are growing very fond of him.
How has Milik settled in the Naples?
The Napoli president has claimed that his scouts have been keeping an eye on Milik since 2015. He arrived for a fee believed to be €35 million, he’s had an instant impact so far by scoring four goals in four appearances for Napoli in all competitions. Milik’s impact for Napoli has been immediate because Napoli have scored 14 goals in the 368 minutes that Milik has been on the pitch. He’s very good in the air, his headers aren’t powerful just very accurate. He has scored three out of his four goals in Napoli colours with his head, and to top it off he has scored six goals from nine shots on target this season.
Napoli seem to know how to replace their centre forwards following departures. From Cavani to Higuain and Milik now. Napoli have scored 12 goals in the first 4 Serie A games, that’s their highest number since 1957/58 season, picking up three wins & drawing one. Milik has had a hand in four of those 12 goals contributing 33% of them, and recently against Bologna he scored with his first touch of the match. In their first 5 matches for Napoli Cavani & Higuain both managed to score four times while Milik has been able to better than by netting six. The big question now is, can Milik do what Cavani and Higuain both failed to do, which is to bring the Scudetto to Naples. Only time will tell but the future looks promising!
